A. Above Limo Services Corp. has developed the free mile program, to help the customers save money in the long range.

Q. Is it safe to give my credit card details online to Above Limo Services Corp.?

A. All transactions with Above Limo Services Corp. take place on a secure server using SSL encryption technology to ensure a high level of security when you enter your personal and payment details. To verify that you are shopping in a secure environment, a padlock will appear in your browser. If you're using an older browser which doesn't support 128-bit encryption you may be having trouble accessing our secure pages. Then you need to upgrade your Internet browse to a newer version.

Q. When will my credit card be charged?

A. Above Limo Services Corp. will charge your credit card after your trip has been completed. However, a deposit is required to reserve some vehicles such as stretch limousines or buses for weddings, special occasions & proms.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. We require 3 hours advance notice and 48 hours for international reservation. Otherwise we may charge late-cancellation fee. In case of no-show, the customer will pay the total fare.

Q. What time should I schedule a reservation with Above Limo Services Corp. for a pickup from the Airport?

A. We recommend scheduling your reservation time based on your flight’s estimated time of arrival.

Q. Will Above Limo Services Corp. charges me waiting time if my flight is delayed?

A. No! Above Limo Services Corp. will constantly monitor your flight to make sure your driver will be there when the flight arrives.

Q. When does waiting time charge apply for pickup at the Airport?

A. Above Limo Services Corp. rarely charges for waiting time at the airport, because most passengers are leaving the airport within 30 to 45 minutes. We only charge for no-show and late pickup, where an additional $10 is added to the fare starting from midnight to 5:00am.

Q. If my flight is delayed and I want to avoid paying waiting time; can I schedule my airport pickup reservation with Above Limo Services Corp. to be picked up later than the flight arrival time?

A. Yes, just select "Delayed Pickup" when booking your airport pickup reservation. Delay pickup designed to provide passengers arriving on international flight with extra time to clear customs and immigration, if you anticipate that you will be delayed going through immigration or clearing customs and you want to avoid paying waiting time; just select delay pickup when you book your reservation, for example if you select 30 minutes delay pickup, then your driver will arrive to the Airport 30 minutes after your flight arrives. Your free waiting time will start 30 minutes after your flight arrivals. For none US citizens arriving on international flights with checked luggage, we recommend 15-30 minutes delayed pickup.

Q. Do you service outside the New Jersey area?

A. Our base is in the Essex county of New Jersey, but we provide service from the  Tri-state area airports. We also provide nationwide service through our network affiliation.

A. Yes, every car in our fleet is fully insured with a policy of $1,500,000.00 each.

Q. Does every driver possess a valid New Jersey license?

A. Yes, every (3) months, the company reviews the abstract report for every single driver.

Q. Does Above Limo Services Corp. provide a baby seat?

A. Yes, requests for baby seat should be submitted to Above Limo Services Corp. when booking your reservation.

Q. How much time should I allow myself to get to the airport?

A. The traffic flow to the airports is unpredictable. We advise our clients to consult with their respective airlines when booking a reservation. It's always wise to add extra time for bad weather or around holiday seasons.
